This Privacy Policy explains how Bobo Marketplace (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://assets.itsindianguy.in, create an account, browse or purchase AI assets, subscribe to Premium, upload creator content, or contact support. By using the marketplace, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Service, Data Safety, and Cookie Policy.

1. Who we are

Bobo Marketplace is an online marketplace for licensing AI-generated and AI-assisted creative assets, including images, video clips, workflows, LoRAs, prompts, and related media. If you are in India, we process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable laws. If you access the Service from elsewhere, local privacy rules may also apply.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile data

When you register or sign in (including with Google or other providers we enable), we collect identifiers such as name, email address, authentication IDs, profile image URL (if provided), role (user, creator, or admin), and Premium status. Creators may also provide username, bio, avatar, social links, and payout-related details necessary to operate the creator program.

Transaction and entitlement data

When you buy Exclusive assets or Premium, we record purchase history, amounts, currency, timestamps, entitlement status, and payment references returned by our processors (for example Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, or CVV on our servers. Payment credentials are handled by the processor under their own privacy terms.

Content and usage data

We store assets you upload (files, previews, titles, descriptions, tags, licenses, pricing), reviews, comments, favorites, download logs, and view counts. We may collect device and log data such as IP address (often hashed), user agent, approximate location derived from IP, referrer, and pages visited to secure the Service and improve performance.

Communications

If you email support, subscribe to product updates, or enable push notifications (for example via Firebase Cloud Messaging), we process the content of those messages and delivery tokens needed to reach you.

3. How we use personal data

• Provide accounts, authentication, and marketplace features.
• Process payments, grant downloads, and manage Premium access.
• Publish creator listings and moderate unsafe or infringing content.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and unauthorized scraping.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts) and, with consent where required, product updates.
• Measure performance with analytics tools you may configure (for example Google Analytics) and improve SEO and reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. Legal bases

Depending on your location, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention—balanced against your rights); consent (optional cookies, marketing, or notifications); and legal obligation (tax, accounting, or regulatory duties).

5. Sharing and processors

We share data only as needed with trusted processors who help us run the marketplace, including hosting and databases (for example cloud MongoDB providers), object storage for media files, authentication providers, payment gateways (Razorpay), email delivery (Resend or similar), analytics, and push notification services. These parties may process data in India or other countries with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or asset transfer (with notice where legally required).

6. Retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, dispute, and security needs—typically up to several years for payment records. Download and view logs may be aggregated or deleted sooner. You may request deletion of your account; some records may be retained in anonymized or legally required form.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or grievance redressal regarding your personal data. Contact support@bobomarketplace.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. If you believe your rights were not respected, you may escalate to the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Security and international transfers

We use technical and organizational measures described in our Data Safety page, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password and protect your devices.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect product, legal, or processor changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice on the site or by email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
